Are you going to "The Beatles: The Lost Concert" movie premier in a few weeks?

I’m not much of a Beatles person so no.

i binge every night and it makes me feel absolutely horrible, but i dont know how to stop. any help?

I’m going through the same problem at the moment. Try taking a step back and ask yourself ‘why’? Why are you binging? Are you hungry? Have you eaten enough throughout the day? Did you have enough for dinner?

You could also try and have a healthy snack late at night. I find that I always want something sweet (growing up with dessert after dinner every night does that). So I’ve been trying to come up with healthy desserts to have such as fruit and yogurt or parfaits.

Keep going! I know it’s hard but it’ll get easier over time.

H U C K L E B E R R Y   P O T A T O
A variety which is small to medium in size with rose-colored skin and blushing pale flesh.
The potato is a tuber and a root vegetable. There are about 5000 potato varieties world wide, 3000 of which are found in South America alone. They are grown from the eyes of other potatoes and not from seed. The eyes of raw potatoes contain glycoalkaloids, toxic compounds which cause headaches and diarrhea. For this reason, potatoes are only eaten cooked.

They are a rare food that retains much of their fiber, vitamin B6, C, potassium, iron and folate after cooking. They also have higher levels of protein than other vegetables and are easily digested. While raw potato flesh is not safe to eat, raw potato juice has been consumed as a natural remedy for ulcers.
H I S T O R Y
Potatoes were first cultivated in Peru 7000 years ago. They were brought to Europe in 1536. Most modern potatoes in North America arrived through European settlement.
